Shipping
I ship worldwide with the Dutch postal company (PostNL). Shipping time differs per region:
Netherlands: 1-5 business days.
Europe: 2-10 business days.
Outside of Europe: 1-4 weeks.

Order Processing
I try to process orders within a week. Sometimes there is a little bit of delay (couple days max), as I'm running the webshop mostly on my own. Thank you for your patience!

Item availability
You may see all products listed as sold out - this usually means I'm not selling online at this time, even if some items are still in stock. The reason for this is because I run the webshop on my own and I'm balancing it with other jobs/projects. On my Instagram and email newsletter I'll share when the next release will be!

Can I get a refund? Can I exchange an item? 
You can return an item for a period of 14 days after you have received it. Return costs are covered by you. Please let me know you want to return your order through the contact form

I put an old or wrong address while checking out. Can you update it?
If you need to change the address, contact us ASAP via shop.tekkons@gmail.com with your transaction ID. 

I received my order but was sent the wrong size or item. Can you exchange it?
Yes, if you received the wrong size or item due to an error on my end, contact me at shop.tekkons@gmail.com with your transaction ID. I will provide a return label and ship the correct order once I've receive the incorrect one.

Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
